Have you ever heard the phrase "the proof is in the puttin'? It does not matter whether you have heard this or if you are rolling your eyes with the thought that this comment is must plain weird; the simple truth is if your actions do not align with your promises, then your words are empty...void of any substance.

Well, as I have told my children many times, you can tell me all day long you are this, or you are going to do that, but until you can put actions to the words that can prove what you have said, you have no credibility.
